1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

Include the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

Perishable goods (such as supplements or food products, if applicable)

Sale or clearance items

Gift cards
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

Email us at customerservice@traintribenow@co.in with your order number, reason for return, and pictures (if applicable).

Wait for our team to approve the return and provide instructions.

Pack the item securely and send it to the return address provided.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item:

Please contact us at customerservice@traintribenow@co.in within 48 hours of receiving the product.

Provide clear photos and order details, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
